マネジメント・バイアウト(MBO)の実施のお知らせ: Notice of Management Buyout (MBO)

株式会社Gruneは、2022年10月28日に当社経営陣によるマネジメント・バイアウト（以下「MBO」）を実施し、親会社である株式会社クリーク･アンド･リバー社(https://www.cri.co.jp/)が保有するすべての当社株式の買い取りを行いました。
On October 28, 2022, Grune Inc. will conduct a management buyout (hereinafter MBO) by the Company’s management team, and purchase the entirety of the Company’s shares held by its parent company, Creek & River Co., Ltd. (https://www.cri.co.jp/).

実施したMBOの背景: Background of MBO

仙台をメインのベースとするIT企業として世界で戦えるエンジニアを育てることを理念とするGruneでは、引き続き5年以内の上場を目指し、成長を加速していきます。国際的なエンジニアリング集団として、これまで以上に迅速かつ大胆な意思決定を行い、事業を成長させていきたいと考え、クリーク･アンド･リバー社と協議の上、今回のMBOの実施に至りました。
As an IT company based mainly in Sendai, Grune, whose philosophy is to nurture engineers who can compete globally, will continue to accelerate its growth, aiming to go public within five years. As an international engineering group, we wish to grow our business by making faster and bolder decisions. After discussions with Creek & River Co., Ltd. the company has decided to conduct this MBO.
