Abdullah Ridwan

Web Developer

Born in Denpasar (Bali), in September 1993. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer information systems in 2016. Previously, I worked as a system developer in an Australian company. I have work experience related to IT at several companies since I was in college.

Why did you choose Grune?

I have interest to work for an overseas company. Then, I saw a job offer from Grune on one of the job seeker websites. I think it is good for me to work with another overseas company, especially a Japanese company. After I learn about Grune's company profile from many sources, I was interested in the type of projects that Grune involved in. I think it is good for me to learn new things not only in web development but also I hope I can get more experience in many other types of projects. Furthermore, I hope I can get a chance to work in Japan and learn about Japanese culture.

How is the Grune working atmosphere?

As a newcomer in one month, I still try to adapt to the working condition at Grune. To be honest, I still do not know much about the working atmosphere. However, the members are so kind and friendly so far. I hope to learn a lot from them.

What do you think about Japanese Members?

As a newcomer, I have not had much interaction with the Japanese member. However, I think it would be nice to have a colleague from different countries, especially from Japan. I am looking forward to knowing them more.

How is the general manager?

The manager was the first person to communicate from recruitment until I was able to work for Grune. He manages the team like a friend but still professional. I hope I can learn a lot from him.

In your opinion what is the excellence of Grune?

Grune is an overseas company. Grune provides an opportunity for all members to grow and learn something new. In addition, Grune has many interesting projects.

Why did you choose the IT field for your career?

When I was little, I really like playing games. It made me curious about how to make games. Thus, I was interested in studying IT. The industry itself also evolves very rapidly. I believe IT will become a necessity for everyone in the future.

What kind of company would you like Grune to be in the future?

I hope that Grune can become a large company and expand the scope of the project. In addition, I hope Grune keep provides a good and fun working atmosphere for all members.

What is your current responsibility for Grune?

As a new member at Grune, for now, I have a responsibility as a backend web developer. I have a responsibility to make a system the can be used and have functionality as client requirement.
