Why did you choose Grune?
I choose Grune because I want a more challenging working environment, exploring opportunities, and getting new knowledge from the workspace. I see Grune has those criteria.
Born in Buleleng (Nort part of Bali, Indonesia), 28 years ago. I studied at a private university in Bali majoring in Information Systems, I have worked in the IT field even one year before I started studying at the campus. I think I am quite good at software problem-solving. I love the 2D design too. I can do native mobile programming, frontend web development, and backend web development.

I think Grune keeps growing to be a professional workspace. Before, I feel the atmosphere has some pressure but now the managers (Bont in Indonesia and Japan) do their best to manage the project in order to reduce the pressure, and I see the employees look happier.
Japanese members are very kind and supportive. We can communicate well in English.
The manager in Bali can be a good manager and a good friend at the same time without losing his role as a professional manager. He is like an "all in one" manager. He manages all management tasks in the office.
I think Grune is very open to using the latest technology and has a professional team. Since I joined Grune Indonesia almost two years ago, I saw Grune growing very fast.
I just love technology and love solving a problem. Indeed, IT has many problems though.
I hope Grune can adapt to the latest technology as standard tools. For example, to use the latest management methodology like scrum agile framework. I think using scrum will boost team performance with less stress.
I feel like a full-stack developer. There are many tasks I handled in Grune like frontend web development, backend web development, android native app, iOS native app, Unity, and assist other developers when they have any problem on their project.
I want to become the CEO of game development startup.
