2024年1月6日、私たちは毎年恒例のキックオフ・ミーティング2024を開催しました。このイベントは新年の方向性を定め、チームの結束を強めるための恒例行事です。今年は自然豊かなバリ島北部の美しい湖のほとりでキャンプを行い、清々しい山の空気を満喫しました。
On January 6, 2024, we held our annual Kick-Off Meeting 2024 — a company event designed to set the tone for the year and strengthen team spirit. This year’s event took place in northern Bali, where we camped near a beautiful lake, surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air.
今年のテーマは 「Be a Happy Professional」です。このキャッチフレーズには、幸せとプロフェッショナリズムは両立するという私たちの信念が込められています。目まぐるしく変化し続けるIT業界で、プロとしての仕事の質を保ちながら前向きな姿勢を持ち続けることが、個人の充実感と会社の成長の両方を実現する鍵だと考えています。
Our theme for this year was “Be a Happy Professional.” This tagline reflects our belief that happiness and professionalism go hand in hand. In the fast-paced and ever-changing world of IT, maintaining a positive mindset while working professionally is key to achieving both personal satisfaction and company growth.

このテーマは単なるキャッチフレーズではなく、私たちが1年を通して大切にしたい考え方です。具体的には次のような意味を持っています:

成長から生まれる充実感 – Happiness from Within
ITには、急速な技術革新、複雑な問題解決、厳しい納期といった課題があります。しかし、こうした状況に対して辛抱強く前向きに取り組むことで、一つひとつの壁を乗り越えていくことができます。新しい知識を吸収し、創造的に問題解決に取り組む喜びを見出すことが、長期的な成功と満足感につながるのです。
IT has challenges — rapid technological changes, complex problem-solving, and tight deadlines. However, by approaching these challenges with patience and a positive attitude, we can overcome obstacles step-by-step. Finding joy in learning new things and tackling problems creatively is essential to long-term success and satisfaction.
プロフェッショナリズムが成長をもたらす- Professionalism Leads to Growth

私たちはバリ島北部の美しい湖の近くにキャンプを張りました。穏やかな雰囲気と自然に囲まれた環境は、リラックスし絆を深めるのに最適な環境でした。
We set up camp near a beautiful lake in northern Bali. The peaceful atmosphere and natural surroundings created the perfect setting to unwind and connect.
2024年働き方改革セミナー – Seminar for Better Work in 2024
新年に向けて業務効率と技術スキルを向上させるための勉強会を実施しました。主なテーマは以下の通りです:

私たちは「スターターキット」と呼ぶNext.jsベースのプロジェクトテンプレートを用意しています。開発に必要なツールや設定、ベストプラクティスがあらかじめ組み込まれているため、すぐに使い始めることができます。このセミナーでは、その構造を詳しく解説し、開発を効率化するための活用方法を学びました。
We have a ready-to-use project template, which we call the Starter Kit, designed with pre-configured tools, settings, and best practices. Our Starter Kit is built using the Next.js framework. In this seminar, we will take a deep dive into its structure and explore how to use it effectively to streamline development. - ユニットテストとテストの流れ – Unit Testing and Testing Flow
フィードバックサイクルを短縮し、コード品質を高めるためのテスト手法について議論しました。

バーベキュー、シーシャ、ビール、そして遊び！ – BBQ, Shisha, Beer, and Fun!
セミナー後は楽しい懇親会の時間。バーベキューを囲み、シーシャを楽しみ、ビールを片手に、チームメンバー同士で思い出話に花を咲かせたり、歌を歌ったりと、和気あいあいとした時間を過ごしました。
After the seminars, it was time to unwind! We had a lively evening with BBQ, shisha, and beer. Team members shared stories, sang songs, and enjoyed each other’s company.
ジャングル・トレッキング – Jungle Trekking
翌日はバリの自然を満喫するジャングルトレッキングへ。豊かな自然の中での冒険は、チームの結束を強め、新たなインスピレーションを与えてくれる貴重な体験となりました。
The next day, we explored the nearby jungle. Trekking through the natural beauty of Bali was a refreshing and bonding experience that energized and inspired us.
2024年に向けて – Looking Ahead to 2024
キックオフ・ミーティング2024は新年の素晴らしいスタートとなり、私たちが大切にしたい価値観である「前向きな姿勢、プロ意識、チームワーク」を再確認する機会となりました。互いにサポートし合い、幸せでプロフェッショナルな職場文化を育むことで、2024年が成長と成功の年になると確信しています。
