代表メッセージ
From CEO
例えば、「サーバーのアップデートが終わったら教えて」は、「Please let me know when you finish updating the server」です。

I knew Grune from the job portal, when I see the company profile I feel amazed and I think if I join this company I will get a new insight especially about coding stuff, and I think Grune will be a good place for me to develop myself.
Everything is prepared and controlled, I do not find it difficult to adapt. On the first day, I joined Grune, I found everything is always coordinated. The people are nice too. When I faced difficulties, I asked the others and they always help me find the solution.
Everything is prepared and controlled, I do not find it difficult to adapt. On the first day, I joined Grune, I found everything is always coordinated. The people are nice too. When I faced difficulties, I asked the others and they always help me find the solution.
The manager is a professional and diligent general manager. The manager taught me many things. Not only he taught me about the Grune working environment but also the way of thinking while working.
Grune can keep all the overseas member working together. In addition, Grune also stays up to date with the latest technology, especially in website development.
Nowadays almost everything related to study IT is accessible through the internet. There will be always a way for those who search for knowledge. With my skill (in website development, native app, and what I have learned in college), choosing the IT department as a career is a good opportunity.
I hope Grune can be a better company. I hope Grune can be a place for everyone to learn about everything and develop their self-potential.
So far my current main responsibility is implementing features based on the specification into a code and coordinate with the team about anything related to the ongoing project.
My dream job is to be able to work on a job that I am happy and comfortable with. I want to work on the job that balance with my other aspect of life.
Born in Denpasar (Bali), in September 1993. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer information systems in 2016. Previously, I worked as a system developer in an Australian company. I have work experience related to IT at several companies since I was in college.
I have interest to work for an overseas company. Then, I saw a job offer from Grune on one of the job seeker websites. I think it is good for me to work with another overseas company, especially a Japanese company. After I learn about Grune's company profile from many sources, I was interested in the type of projects that Grune involved in. I think it is good for me to learn new things not only in web development but also I hope I can get more experience in many other types of projects. Furthermore, I hope I can get a chance to work in Japan and learn about Japanese culture.
As a newcomer in one month, I still try to adapt to the working condition at Grune. To be honest, I still do not know much about the working atmosphere. However, the members are so kind and friendly so far. I hope to learn a lot from them.
As a newcomer, I have not had much interaction with the Japanese member. However, I think it would be nice to have a colleague from different countries, especially from Japan. I am looking forward to knowing them more.
The manager was the first person to communicate from recruitment until I was able to work for Grune. He manages the team like a friend but still professional. I hope I can learn a lot from him.
Grune is an overseas company. Grune provides an opportunity for all members to grow and learn something new. In addition, Grune has many interesting projects.
When I was little, I really like playing games. It made me curious about how to make games. Thus, I was interested in studying IT. The industry itself also evolves very rapidly. I believe IT will become a necessity for everyone in the future.
I hope that Grune can become a large company and expand the scope of the project. In addition, I hope Grune keep provides a good and fun working atmosphere for all members.
As a new member at Grune, for now, I have a responsibility as a backend web developer. I have a responsibility to make a system the can be used and have functionality as client requirement.
As long as it is a fun job, I enjoy working on it, let me learn and practice more, I can say it is my dream job.
Born 22 years ago in Denpasar, Bali. I am very passionate about information technology (IT), especially web development. It becomes my passion, my hobby, and I love it, I decided to study IT and got my bachelor's degree in computer science. I like to learn more about web development, find something new in IT, and make some application products to help many people.
It started when I applied to Grune and get welcomed by the manager. I am very grateful to be able to meet him and to know his experiences. Then, I think Grune will make me become a better web programmer because I can learn a lot about web development, find new friends with the same passion, and get more experience for my future career. After that, I got the opportunity to be a part of Grune. I am very grateful for that.
In the first months, it is a challenge to adapt to the new workflow and have many things to learn in Grune. However, after passing it, I feel enjoy and fun because I have friends who can share new knowledge and work with Japanese members who have a lot of experience in IT. The Japanese team is very kind. I learn a lot from them.
This is my first-time work with members from different countries. However, after work with Japanese members, it is fun. They are very kind and supportive. One thing that I respect from them is they are very disciplined at work and very structured. I learn a lot a new knowledge from them.
The manager is very good at leading. It is very comfortable communicating with him. He really understands how to provide solutions to the problems we have. I really respect him, I am grateful to work with him at Grune.
Grune is a company located in Japan and Indonesia, with good management and good communication, we can work with different countries very well. It is very difficult to get a chance to work with Japanese members.
IT is my hobby and my passion since I was in senior high school. I have a dream to become a good web developer. This era is the era of technology. Technology will continue to be used in the future. When I produce an application that is used with many people, I feel very happy and feel that I can solve their IT needs.
I hope Grune grows into a big company and always be a great place to work. In addition, I hope Grune will be the best workplace where members can innovate and learn about the latest technology, etc.
As a web developer, my responsibility is to implement the requested features, handle the project, and make good communication with the team.
My dream is to become an entrepreneur in the IT field and be useful to many people.
I am Eka, I was born in Denpasar (Bali-Indonesia). Currently, I focus on web development and I experiment with the internet of things in my spare time. I also love playing video games and listen to music on Spotify.
I know Grune from the job portal. I interested in Grune because Grune makes a project related to IT and design. I was very interested in joining after searching for information about Grune.
On the first day, I was very excited to work even though I was still working from home. I was still trying to adapt to the environment. After a few days, I made some friends. They were friendly and ready to help. So far, everything is under control. I believe a happy mind will make the working experience better.
Although I have not interacted with them that much. I see Japanese members are very careful in looking at assignments. They often provide information or suggestions for future project developments.
The manager is the first person to communicate from recruitment until I was able to join Grune. He is very patient when teaching me how to work in a team and become more professional. That is the reason I enjoy working with him.
I think Grune is a company that can cooperate with overseas partners. The company appreciates every member. In addition, Grune provides an opportunity for all members to grow and learn something new.
Information technology or IT is the key to the future because almost all fields are now controlled by the internet. Therefore, I want to work in the IT field.
In the future, I hope Grune will grow into a bigger company with more projects outside web development and 3D design. I want Grune to be a company that can maintain competitive salaries and various compensation to members.
As a web developer, I am responsible for the development task assigned to me. If I have a problem, I will try to solve it and ask colleagues how to solve the problem.
My dream job is to have my own business.
I was born in Kulon Progo (Yogyakarta, Indonesia). I have an interest in the computer field since high school. After graduated high school, I took on various jobs related to computers. While working, I gained an interest in programming and then I tried to learn programming by myself. After moving to Bali, I studied at one private university in Bali. While studying I work for a couple companies as a programmer.
When I found Grune on the job vacancies list, I was very interested to join. Since childhood, I have an interest in Japan and Japanese culture. The combination of Japanese culture and the programming made me want to join more.
When I join Grune for the first time, I was not used to teamwork related matter. It is because, in my previous company, I worked alone. However, other members are very friendly and willing to help me learn more working as a team.
All Japanese members are very supportive and kind. Even when we make mistake, they are willing to support and teach us to be better. I learned a lot from them like how to work with a good team and to be a good programmer.
The manager is very kind and very friendly. He is willing to listen and very patient when teaching us how to work in a team and become more professional.
Grune has a very good understanding of working together with overseas members. I can learn more about projects from overseas. Grune also not afraid of taking on the challenge to incorporate new technology. Because of that, I can learn many new things about IT. Keep learning is very important if you want to stay ahead in the IT industry.
At first, it was because I am very interested in computers. However, programming becomes more interesting. Along the way, I think work related to IT can be more fun. Sometimes imagine myself operating mecha (refer to both scientific ideas and science fiction genres that center on giant robots or machines) when I code.
I hope Grune could always be a fun workplace as it is right now for all of us. I hope Grune will be the best workplace to innovate, learn, and practice the latest technologies, etc.
As a web developer, my responsibility is to implement features based on the specifications of the task. I handle some projects and make good communication with the team.
I am actually very interested in fantasy stuff. So my dream job is to become a game developer and create a game that very fun to play.
Born in Denpasar, Bali 30 years ago. I was originally trained as a researcher. I graduated with my Ph.D. from Tohoku University in Sendai Japan in the field of Computational Science (Molecular Dynamics). I never work in a real job before and being part of Grune is my first professional working experience. I learn basic web development for 3 months when I was an intern at Grune Office in Sendai. Now, I am working as General Manager for the Grune team in Indonesia. I am in charge of the company administration, hiring, human resource development, project management, and communication with the Japan team.
A beautiful coincidence if I can say. Due to personal preference, I want to return to my home country in Bali, Indonesia after 5 years of staying in Japan. I was an instructor of the CEO (Yamashita San) to learn Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian language) for about 1 year. He offered me to open a new office for Grune in Bali, Indonesia. At that time Grune already has an office in Yogyakarta City with employees of around 15 people. At first, I was hesitant to accept it because I did not have professional education or experience in the IT field. However, knowing that I can start something new and build my own team in Bali, finally I accepted the offer. I started Bali Office with 4 members in February 2019, and now we have a total of 15 members (developers and 3D artists) in Bali.
As a manager, It is my job to make sure we can achieve a conducive working environment. It was very challenging for me at first time but gradually we can be better step by step with continuous improvement. There are 3 approaches I believe are essential to provide a good working condition. 1. First, all members need to know exactly what they have to do. Thus, the task should be prepared in advance with a clear description. It encourages each member to have a specific goal every day. 2. A working flow must be clear (for example, how to use git). Therefore, simple yet concise documentation or standard operational procedures (SOP) must exist. 3. All members must be trained to have good communication skills. Good communication reduces the risk of miscommunication and wrong assumptions between each other. The way of communication should be clear and effective. With good communication, trust will grow between you and your co-worker. I think trust is very important to be a strong team.
As typical Japanese, all Japanese member are very supportive and kind. They also willing to sacrifice time to learn English for better communication with Indonesian team.
I think Yamashita-San is a very interesting Japanese. I learn many things from him either about life or IT knowledge. One example that I want to share is the importance of enjoying your life. Of course, you should enjoy your work. However, sometimes work can be overwhelming and stressful. In that case, you have to find other aspects in life that make you happy every day. It can be your hobby or something else. Yamashita-San enjoys his hobby of surfing every day before he starts working. Another example is to grow yourself by accepting challenges or move out of your comfort zone. For example, he learns Bahasa (Indonesian Language) consistently and put effort to do it.
Not many Japanese companies can work together smoothly with overseas partners. I think Grune has a "know-how" about overseas collaboration. Grune also can provide an international working environment for the member.
IT is an interesting field. You can start with minimum capital. Just a notebook and internet connection. the question is whether you want to give it a try and willing to learn or not.
I think Grune should grow to be a company that can change people to be a better person, become professional regardless of they keep staying in Grune or not. I want Grune to be a company that can keep competitive salaries and various compensation to the member. In addition, I want Grune to be an IT company that build interesting products (Web System, Apps, VR/AR, etc).
As I mentioned above, I am working as General Manager for the Grune team in Indonesia. I am in charge of company administration, hiring, human resource development, project management, and communication with the Japan team. My background working as a scientist during my Ph.D. courses was a little bit lonely for me. Now I am working with a lot of people with intense communication and planning every day. Surprisingly, I actually enjoy managing people and doing project management. I want to build a strong and professional IT team. I hope Grune can grow to be an IT company with 50-100 people in the next 5 years.
Born in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia 28 years ago. I am highly motivated, enthusiastic, and very interested in information technology (IT). IT field always grows and evolves over time with an endless possibility of innovation, which makes me want to get involved in the IT-related field. I decided to study IT fields and got my bachelor's degree in computer science. During my college time, I learn a lot about design in my spare time. I enjoyed it a lot, it becomes my hobby, and finally, it brings me to become a 3D designer.
It started when I return to Bali (my hometown) after about 7 years living on another island (Java). Then I started looking for a job available in Bali. I saw Grune on one of the job seeker sites. After a short reading about the Grune company profile, I think this will be a great chance to work with an overseas company. Not only for work, but I think I can learn about a new culture as well and have a new friend from other countries. Hopefully, I can learn a new language and many more, so I decided to choose Grune. Thankfully. I got the opportunity to be a part of Grune's big family and become the first member of Grune Bali office.
As a newcomer to the company for the first time, I feel so excited and nervous at the same time to meet new co-workers. It was very challenging because I need to adapt to new people, new rules, new working culture, and a new environment. However, it was getting better over time. Thanks to all manager, senior member that teach me a lot. In addition, the most important thing is a lot of laugh and fun from all of co-worker that's make the working atmosphere very enjoyable. I do believe a happy member will bring a happy company, and a happy company will bring a happy society.
All Japanese members are very kind. They willing to learn English for better communication with the Indonesian team, i learn a lot from Japanese members.
Being part of a great company is an honor for me especially being part of the 3D team. I learn a lot from the General manager and also from my senior leader. The manager taught me a lot not only in terms of design and work-related matters but also personally as a person. He taught me a way of thinking, how to work with a team, how to manage a project, and how to take responsibility. Having a young general manager just a slightly different age from me is a great experience. I can share many things with him, even hang out together. However, we keep polite and respect each other to keep a professional working environtment.
Grune is a Japanese company that can work together smoothly with overseas partners. Grune gives the opportunity to all members to grow and learn something new, that's awesome.
IT is a very interesting field, always grow and evolve over time, so many things we can learn in the IT field and there is no limitation to it. There will be always something new to learn. In addition, IT can be applied to almost any field which means a lot of possibilities and chances for innovation.
I think Grune should grow to be a better and bigger company that will give something great to society. I hope Grune can make a lot of professional members and bring their life better regardless of their staying in Grune or not. I hope Grune can keep competitive salaries and various compensation to the member. I want Grune to build own interesting product not only based on client or customer request but also in-house product, so Grune can compete with other company in term of innovation.
As described above, my responsibility is as 3D and a web designer, my job is making a 3D design, modeling, styling, and preparing any asset that will be needed by the 3D team and Web developer team. I also in charge as a team leader to help the manager to manage members and to distribute tasks. I also helping various coordination with the team. Recently. I also help with web development a little bit as a front-end developer.
My dream job is to be able to work in other countries. So, I will be able to experience a new culture in other countries, learn a new habit, learn a new language, meet new friends, come to a new place. That would be very interesting to me. In addition, I consider my dream job is when I can create something that makes others happy, make my self happy. Finally, the most important thing is I want to be a better 3D artist.
Born in Denpasar - Bali, graduated from Telkom University (in Bandung, West Java) with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I have working experience in Batam and Japan. I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible person with working experience at an international company in Japan. My knowledge in computer science (which gives more exposure to IT), first-class communication skills, and organizational skills will help the company to grow with a clear purpose and determination to succeed.
I have an interest in Japan and Technologies. With my Japanese language skills and my Bachelor in Computer Science, I want to put both of my skills to be useful in my career. Grune is the perfect place for both of my skills to be useful.
The working atmosphere is great between each employee. We have lunch together and sometimes we go out for talks or dinner after working hours. All tasks in Grune are prepared the day before or even weeks before. This can prove that Grune's task management is neatly prepared every day.
All Japanese members are always kindly supporting Indonesian members in all aspects. They will help you in communication with customers, coding, or even helping us to solve several issues.
Having a Millenial General Manager is the best opportunity you can have as fellow Millenials. To make things right, we all have to be polite and respectful to all our colleagues. But, this will feel different when you have colleagues the same age or slightly different ages as yourself. Therefore, our communication skills are trained to adapt to the situation (as a friend and professional co-worker).
As a Japan - Indonesia company, Grune is an international company. English language skills are essential in this company. English is a useful skill that we need to live in this fast-growing world. At this company, a linguist like me is not only working as an interpreter but also I have a chance to learn coding and various IT knowledge.
IT department will always be a promising field to advance in your career. IT is always evolving day by day, and without our knowledge, IT is always around us. All companies in the world sooner or later will need a touch of IT in their environment.
In the future, I hope Grune will grow as a bigger company (a leading company in IT solutions). This means not only growing in terms of customer, developer, and designer but also to be able to provide more jobs for other fields besides developer or designer. I hope Grune can grow from a startup company to a more structured company like a corporate company but not lose its fun working environment.
As a Linguist, I am responsible to deliver smooth communication between Japanese members and Indonesian members. I work as a bridge to connect communication between Japan and Indonesia to achieve our goals.
My dream job is to be able to work in a Japanese company in Indonesia that will give me a chance to work in Japan for several occasions or business trip. Experiencing working culture in both countries always become my desire and it will help to actively practice my Japanese language skill. Only working here in Indonesia, I do not have a frequent chance to practice my Japanese besides when taking a call from Grune's Japanese member about work-related matters or watching Japanese movies.
I live in Denpasar, Bali. I graduated with a bachelor of computer information systems and I have experience working in web development for 6 years. I am a hardworking person. I am seeking to apply my skills and knowledge with my maximum efforts. I believe in punctuality, honesty, and the quality of my provided works.
Before working for Grune, I worked for 4 years in a local IT company in Bali. In the beginning, I learned a lot about programming there. I felt very comfortable and safe without noticing that I rarely learned something new about design and programming. I came out of my comfort zone and really wanted to work with people in other countries. Then, I worked at Grune because I wanted to know how foreign people like the Japanese can create new and great technology. I am also very interested in Japanese culture. I saw an opportunity to learn more about design, programming, and languages by working at Grune. In addition, I can communicate and make teamwork with Japanese members.
The atmosphere while working at Grune for me is very nice and comfortable. The employees are very helpful and supportive. I consider other members are experts in web development. A lot of knowledge I gain which I have never had before as a web developer at Grune.
Japanese members are very nice and friendly, they give good explanations for each task so it really helps me to work on it. I learned a lot from them such as how to work with a team, time management, and become a better web developer.
The manager is very friendly and wise in making decisions. He manages the team not as a staff but as a friend. He was willing to listen and was very patient while teaching us how to work as a team and be more professional as a person. I learned many great things in his leadership.
Grune is a multinational company that has a very good understanding of working with overseas members. Grune provides an opportunity for all members to grow and learn something new. Grune also not afraid to introduce new technology. In that sense, I can learn a lot of new things.
Because I am very interested in technology. Since I was in high school, I have learned how websites are built and I have participated in IT competitions. I think it is very cool that people can design and built something (web, app, etc) in IT. Therefore, I have a high interest in exploring IT. I think IT is a great opportunity for the future so I choose IT as my main foundation for my beautiful future.
I hope that Grune grows into a big company with new innovations in IT solutions. I think Grune can reach other countries to make a new overseas collaboration which ensures a better experience for members by providing international collaboration.
As a web developer, I am responsible for my task and ensure the quality of the results, especially in the frontend areas where I am most capable. As a member, I am responsible for participating in keeping the work experience good for others.
My dream job for the next 5 years is to become a more reliable website developer in Grune. I want the clients to like and be happy with the results I have delivered. So what the client wants on their website, I can make the wish come true. My goal is as simple as that.
Born in Denpasar-Bali, 24 years ago. I graduated from a private university in Bali with a bachelor's degree in computer science. Previously, I worked as a web developer in a local company and now I am working in Grune.
At that time, I was searching for a job and I saw a job vacancy from Grune. I tried to get the information about this company. It was mentioned that I can work with people from overseas and I was very interested because it was my first experience to work with people from overseas.
The working atmosphere is very good. Grune members helped me a lot. The project had been planned well and this makes the developers can focus on project development.
As a typical Japanese, all Japanese members are very supportive and discipline. Japanese members are well prepared when doing something. I learn a lot from them.
The manager is a good leader. He is willing to listen to our opinion and always try to make the working atmosphere enjoyable.
I think the excellence of Grune is good communication and a good working atmosphere. In the beginning, I thought it would be hard to adapt when I joined the company. However, it is easier than I thought and I enjoy working in this company.
IT is interesting. There is always a new thing to learn and it easy to get the learning material. The important thing is we must have a solid foundation, it will help when we learn new things.
I want Grune to be a bigger company. I hope this working atmosphere can be maintained.
As a web developer, my responsibility is to implement features based on the given specifications. As a member, my responsibility is to participate in maintaining a good working environment for others.
Actually, I just want to enjoy what I am doing. Perhaps, I could call it a dream job. A second chance is uncertain so I try to do my best every moment.
My name is Dirga Paradila, born 29 years ago in Tabanan, Bali. I am a web developer, a graphic designer, and a father to my lovely 7 years old daughter. I studied IT at a public university in Bali. Before working as a full-time web developer, I worked as a freelance web developer and graphic designer for almost 9 years. I have had the opportunity to work with several international clients around the world. I lay my passion for both designing and programming.
A dilemma of choosing a path to become a full-time designer or programmer brought me to Grune. Working in design requires extra creativity and inspiration is not always your good friend. I thought that I had enough of these and then I turned myself into a full-time programmer. I applied to Grune and get welcomed by Mr. Ida which I did not expect to be a young man with many life experiences, talking behind the phone. We started with 4 people and never knew we could grow this fast.
To be honest, the first month of work was quite a challenge. We did not know each other that much and trust was something we built along the way. I have learned a lot from these great people around me. Being a programmer, I realized technical skill is not the first on the list. Communication and writing skills come first. We did not know that back then. Today, I am trusted to lead a small team consisting of 3-4 developers. I shall retain this responsibility the best I could.
It may sounds cliche but the Japanese team is indeed very supportive and kind. Even with the language barriers, we both have, they never hesitate to support everything every time.
The manager in Bali has what it takes to be a great conductor of the Bali office. The man is wise as a leader and is young enough to have fun with. He can be funny and hilarious at the right time. Most importantly he listens to every member both as a leader and a friend. I learned many great things from his leadership.
Grune has to be one of the best places in their field that you should consider to be working in. We have been working and collaborating overseas without almost any issue even in this uncertain time. The company appreciates every member. It also exposes you to international working experience which I enjoy the most when I was working as a freelancer.
If I was not a web developer, I would have been a full-time graphic designer. Being a designer requires a huge amount of creativity, not everyone has that, and certainly, I am not one of them. Furthermore, inspiration does not always come to you. I thought it would be hard for me to work full-time with all these limitations I have. Here I am now being a code writer.
I hope Grune could always be a fun workplace as it is right now for all of us. I hope Grune will be the best workplace to innovate, learn, and practice the latest technologies, etc.
As a member, I am responsible to participate in keeping the working experience great for others. As a web developer, I am responsible for improving the company and assure its product quality, especially in the frontend area which I am most capable of. Building something easy to use is difficult. As a team leader, I am responsible for managing my small team, assisting them with various information, keeping the assignment and workflow stay fluent.
Well, I actually have no preference for what my dream job is. I enjoy working in fields that I am passionate about. Sadly I only have two which are designing and programming. Other than that, the people and the working environment take the most important role in creating such an enjoyable working experience. I love learning new things related to my passion. So, as long as the job allows me to learn and practice new things and technologies, I would love to call it my dream job. In regard to the working location, I am highly interested in working in foreign countries.
Born in Yogyakarta (Indonesia), in March 2001, I joined Grune right after I graduated from high school in 2019. I learned 3D design and architectural visualization by myself.
I joined Grune because of my first impression of Grune. My uncle (Fuad), who was working at Grune previously, ask me to join him for playing indoor football with Grune members. We played together and I met many Grune members at that time. There were two Japanese and one of them is Yama-san (the CEO). We had fun and laugh a lot. I thought Grune members are very kind and friendly even I just met them once. Several years after that, I got a chance to work at Grune as a 3D designer.
The atmosphere in the Jogja office is supportive. Since I am the youngest, I learn a lot of things from the older member. We always help each other. Sometimes we joke around to relieve stress because of the deadline or pressure. But overall, I am glad to be surrounded by good people and good vibes.
All Japanese members are very kind. They communicate well in English when explaining the task or giving feedback that makes us (designer) become better.
The manager in the Jogja office is a great leader. He knows and understands all members so well. I am thankful to him for being patient when taking care of the members while he has a lot of work to do.
I think Grune excel in the newest technology. For me, it is rare to learn about VR development in Indonesia. But being a member of Grune, I feel like I have a privilege and one step ahead. I can explore more about Unreal Engine, Oculus Quests, and other VR related matters.
IT always develops every time. It never stops to create something new. Perhaps, we can found IT anywhere these days. I want to catch on the newest update on IT, improve my knowledge, and I hope someday to invent something.
I hope Grune can be a bigger and better company. I hope Grune can make expansion around the world and has a lot of employees who can focus and work on what their best or specialist at.
As a 3D designer, my responsibility is modeling, modifying object/mesh, adjust material and texture quality in a various 3D software such as sketch up, 3D Max, or Unreal engine.
My dream is to build my own company. Help a lot of people by opens up many job opportunities for them. As many people say "you only live once, so do your best".
Born in Buleleng (Nort part of Bali, Indonesia), 28 years ago. I studied at a private university in Bali majoring in Information Systems, I have worked in the IT field even one year before I started studying at the campus. I think I am quite good at software problem-solving. I love the 2D design too. I can do native mobile programming, frontend web development, and backend web development.
I choose Grune because I want a more challenging working environment, exploring opportunities, and getting new knowledge from the workspace. I see Grune has those criteria.
I think Grune keeps growing to be a professional workspace. Before, I feel the atmosphere has some pressure but now the managers (Bont in Indonesia and Japan) do their best to manage the project in order to reduce the pressure, and I see the employees look happier.
Japanese members are very kind and supportive. We can communicate well in English.
The manager in Bali can be a good manager and a good friend at the same time without losing his role as a professional manager. He is like an "all in one" manager. He manages all management tasks in the office.
I think Grune is very open to using the latest technology and has a professional team. Since I joined Grune Indonesia almost two years ago, I saw Grune growing very fast.
I just love technology and love solving a problem. Indeed, IT has many problems though.
I hope Grune can adapt to the latest technology as standard tools. For example, to use the latest management methodology like scrum agile framework. I think using scrum will boost team performance with less stress.
I feel like a full-stack developer. There are many tasks I handled in Grune like frontend web development, backend web development, android native app, iOS native app, Unity, and assist other developers when they have any problem on their project.
I want to become the CEO of game development startup.
I was born in Muara Enim (South Sumatra, Indonesia) in May 1993. I graduated in 2016 with a bachelor degree's in computer science from one private university in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I also have a diploma in information system management. I learned 3D modeling by my self after finishing one subject in the university named Basic 3D Introduction. Then, I worked as an intern in an information technology (IT) company as a 3D animator for 3 months. Then, I worked at Grune from 2017 until now where I got many new experiences as a 3D/Web designer.
Grune is a company where the member has big ambitions to achieve something. So I thought, I have to mix and work together with that kind of environment.
Grune working environment is very good. The atmosphere at Grune makes me excited about developing my skills. I consider myself has a lack of knowledge in English, 3D design software, web design. However, at Grune, I have always given the opportunity to learn and getting better. Grune gives me a very good experience. I am really thankful for the opportunity.
I think Japanese members are very responsive to help us completed the project on the schedule. They have creative ideas to propose to the customers so we can optimize or improve our abilities continuously. Furthermore, they have a big dedication to the company.
The managers (Bali and Jogja offices) are wise. They always ready to help and give a quick response even though they are busy with their jobs.
I think Grune has many great things as a company. Particularly, the technology is always up to date. For example, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). This technology is very Interesting recently because many things now is moving toward a virtual and immersive environment.
I think IT is a very promising future. With IT, we can connect people easily and create interesting products.
I hope Grune to become a company that grows, can be a well-known company in the world, and a company that creating many extraordinary works. I hope Grune can become a company that improves the welfare of members so all members are enthusiastic about improving the quality of their works.
As a 3D designer, currently, I am working mostly on the unreal engine (UE), especially about system functions. Sometimes I help to model 3D assets and make user interface (UI) designs. As a web designer, sometimes I help coder in the Bali office for creating assets for a website. This responsibility makes me happy.
I was born in Tuban (East Java, Indonesia) in Mei 1985. I am very interested in almost everything related to information technology (IT) and design. I was working at an advertising company for 2 years and 3 years on civil engineering related works, and 4 years on an architecture-interior company. Now working with Grune as a senior 3D and Web designer.
I was working in an architecture-interior company in Singapore previously. I found limitation to find my passion for IT and decided to move. I found Grune can give me opportunities and can accommodate my interest in IT and design at the same time. I thought this step might give me more experience for my future.
The current 3D members are young. They joined me in 3d team with very basic knowledge on design. However, with their spirit of learning, I found my working environment is very interesting to see how people can grow with enjoy and fun. That makes Grune's working environment so exciting.
We do not communicate so much with Japanese members as we did before. Now, the communication of 3D projects is concentrated on one 3D project manager in Japan. I think that part we need to take care of more in the future. When the workload is high (especially when we gon many orders from the clients), we might have issues in communication.
The CEO is very kind and very hardworking. He has a lot of experience in IT. In addition, he is an architectural graduate which is can have a positive impact on our work which combines IT and design. He also thinks intensely about the future of all the members of the company. He wants to give many opportunities for members to grow.
Grune has many advantages compared to other companies, especially for members who work in Indonesia. Grune is an international company which always keeps up with the development of new technology in the IT industry. It makes all members will gain a lot of experience for their work which hopefully results in the improvement of their career and their quality of life in the future.
Continue to develop is an important point for me. Therefore, design without technology is lack and vice versa. By joining an IT company that also works intensively with design, the design output be more useful for users in terms of quality and ease of use. It gives me a lot of experience and finds a joyful feeling in my work.
I hope Grune will continue to evolve as a company that prioritizes human resource development. It will make Grune be able to compete in this current world where the advancement of design and technology is moving and changing very fast.
Now I am working at Grune as a leader of the 3D team. My responsibility is to increase human resources which advance not only in IT and design but also good in personality to become a good designer.
My dream job is to be able to work with the latest technology in the field of extended reality (XR) and new devices like 3D printing, motion capture, and 3D scanner.
Born in Tabanan (southwest part of Bali, Indonesia), I graduated with my bachelor's degree from Design & Business Institute Bali. I previously worked for a design and animation company in Bali as a graphic designer and animator. I am very interested in the world of art, culture, design, and technology. I believe by combining elements of art, culture, and technology will create beautiful work and useful for society.
Since I was little, I often watched Japanese anime. It made me interested in Japanese design and animation styles. I hope one day I can work with a Japanese design and animation company. I think Grune is the right company where I can use my design and animation skills properly.
The working atmosphere at Grune is very comfortable with good and friendly co-workers who can support and help each other.
Japanese members are very kind and friendly, giving good explanations on each task so it is helpful for me to do my task. I learned a lot about time management and work ethics from the Japanese members.
Being part of a company like Grune is a very valuable experience for me, which of course I am very grateful to the manager for giving me the opportunity. The manager not only knows how to manage a company but also can gather various people (with differences in personality) together so they can work together and create a solid and trusting team.
Grune is a company that can bring together the vision and mission to different people so that they can work together for one purpose.
IT is an important field and will continue to evolve over time. In the future, there will be many business opportunities in the IT sector. In addition, IT companies create many jobs that can help advance the economy.
Grune must be able to be a large company that can accommodate many employees so it can prosper and provide good benefits for the community and employees.
My responsibility at Grune is as a 3D designer who does 3D design, modeling, styling, and preparing various 3D assets required by the other 3D members.
My dream job is to be able to work in a company that deals with graphic design and animation so my hobbies and work can run in harmony. That will make work can be a lot of fun.
I was born in Bangli (Bali, Indonesia). I graduated from Surabaya University (East Java) with a bachelor's degree in computer science. I have a dream to complete 3.5 years of college. Then, I got it as planned with hard work and discipline. After graduation, I worked as a freelancer on several web projects for one company in Surabaya because I was invited by my senior in college. My project back then was to create an interactive program for 3D visualization (Cinematic Movie) for property developers and architectural services in Bali. After all of the projects completed, I searched for a full-time job. I found Grune and I decided to work full-time at Grune.
When I found Grune on the job vacancies list, I was very interested to join and this my first time to apply for a job. Why Grune? Because Grune is a company that works with an overseas team but has an office in Bali. When read about the Grune profile on the company website, I saw the portfolio and I feel "Wow, the projects in Japan can be done from Bali, Indonesia" Now, I am grateful for joining the Grune team although I have to learn a lot about English and web development.
The working atmosphere is very good. I remember when joined for the first time. There is an atmosphere that I have not met before. All members are very friendly and they taught me how to work as a team.
First, I am very interested to collaborate with Japanese members. All Japanese members are very kind and friendly. I learned a lot from them. For example. how to work with a good team and to be a good coder.
The manager is a very kind person and senior leader. He teaches me how we suppose to work as a good team and how to become a professional person.
Grune is an overseas company that has several offices in Japan and Indonesia. We can work together as smoothly with a good management system although we work across countries. This opportunity is hard to find elsewhere.
I am very interested in technology and my hobby is playing on the computer. Since I was in junior high school, I have a dream to become a web or game developer. For now, we can almost learn anything about information technology (IT) from the internet. The internet makes us easier to work in IT. We can create new solutions and innovations in IT and I consider IT is a big opportunity for the future.
I think Grune should grow to be a big company that can create new innovation in IT solutions. I think Grune can reach other countries to be the next office and make new overseas collaboration, especially countries in Asia. Thus, Grune will be known in many countries as an IT company which have many professional and creative members with different culture and countries.
As a web developer, my responsibility is to implement features based on specifications on the task. I handle several projects and make good communication with the team.
My dream is to be an entrepreneur and have a company that focuses on architectural design with interactive visualization.
Born in Denpasar (Bali, Indonesia), 25 years ago. Since I was in high school, I joined a programming club and I started to learn a lot of knowledge about information technology (IT). It made me develop a high interest in programming. I learn to program myself mostly and I started to join several competitive programming competitions in high school or university. I became a finalist and winner in some competitions. It made me really like programming and have basic problem-solving skills. My experience in the competition made me have strong logical thinking about various solutions in programming. After graduating from high school, I became a freelancer programmer which made me learn about basic system definition and project management. Now, I am working as a developer at Grune. I develop several interesting projects and learn various technologies with my friendly team.
After I finished a project with my local client as a freelancer, I think I need more experience in programming, managing project, teamwork, etc. Then, I decided to start looking for a job available in my home town. I want to work with an international but still working in my hometown. Fortunately, I found Grune as a choice. I read the company profile and I had a great interest. In Grune, it is not only just about working and get a salary for me. However, I can develop myself at the same time because Grune makes a quick adaptation to the newest technology following the newest trend in the IT industry.
As a developer, I develop some projects, especially on the backend side of the web system. In Grune, I have developed challenging projects. I can find many new methods for programming during the development process. It is very interesting for me and it makes my knowledge grow rapidly. My work is helped a lot by the good documentation and good teamwork from the Indonesian team and the Japanese team. I think our team is very friendly and it is a good capital to make all kinds of projects can be finished smoothly.
As a typical Japanese, all Japanese members are very supportive and kind. They are also willing to sacrifice time to learn English for better communication with the Indonesian team.
I think the manager is a smart and friendly person. He manages the team not as staff but as his friend. It is very good for the team because it can prevent unnecessary problems or conflicts. He manages the working pace so the team is not under pressure at work. He can manage the task and decide the priority of the task to make a team in a good working condition.
In Grune, we can find overseas teams with many cultures. Grune also has many interesting projects so I can learn many things about IT.
IT is the future. It will always a growing field because people curiosity to make something easier. For me, IT can make a dream come true. I am a dreamer and I want to make my dream or someone's dream to be realized in the future.
I hope Grune will have many projects not only from the client but also can make innovation with an original idea. Grune will have an innovative way of project management, problem-solving, and many other working cultures to make the team always in a good working environment. As a developer, I hope Grune will grow with many overseas offices (teams) worldwide and have its own innovative project will be delivered to the world.
As I mentioned above, I am working as a web developer. I handled several projects from Japan. The manager sometimes also asked me to help train the new member.
My dream job is to become a part of an innovative IT project in the world.
Born in Yogyakarta in July 1995. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in architecture in 2018. I am working at Grune for about 2.5 years as a 3D designer.
I am interested in the type of projects that Grune involved in. I think it is very versatile and creative. I like to try a new thing so I think working at Grune is suitable for me. Here at Grune, I have the chance to learn lots of different skills set and different software.
The coworkers? I think they are unique (a little bit weird perhaps). However, that is the fun part. The working time and management are stricter than in common Indonesian's company. As long as we are responsible for our task and submit the task within the due, the working experience is enjoyable. It is actually a good thing for us to learn time management and responsibility.
Japanese team helps us to bridge the information between the client and the Indonesian team. In beginning, sometimes it is hard to understand Japanese member's instructions. Moreover, it is also hard for us to explain our purpose. However, along with the experience, eventually, it is easier to communicate and to grasp the same understanding for both sides. In my personal opinion, for now, our relationship with the Japan team is still very formal and very stiff. I hope with more interaction, we have we can get closer not only in working related matter but also in personal life.
The manager of the 3D team has done great. He manages all of our tasks. He helps us to answer the question from the Japan team and help us regarding task confirmation to Japan. He also gives us moral support and technical support as well as various knowledge about 3D design related matter.
I think Grune as a company always eager to catch up with the newest technology, newest trends, and not afraid of new challenges.
I am an individual who is not so good at work that requires many social skills. I prefer playing with computers, trying new software, and creating digital drawings (models).
Even it is fun to work with various software like BIM, 3D character, Solidwork. I hope Grune can direct the member with their own specialty or to get a new member with their own specialty. So Grune can have various members with very strong skills in particular software or type of jobs.
I am a 3D artist mainly working in Unreal Engine (UE) styling, 3D modeling, and helping model or asset preparation for other 3D members. I am also responsible for task estimation and managing tasks for other 3D members.
