I have been interested in computers since school, which naturally led me to develop a strong passion for IT and programming. I enjoy solving problems through technology, especially by creating systems that simplify repetitive or complex tasks. My goal is to use technology to make people’s lives easier and happier.

Why did you choose Grune?

I choose Grune for several reasons: 1. As a Japan-based company, Grune represents values I truly admire, such as discipline, politeness, and being considerate. 2. I feel aligned with Grune’s mission: “Spreading Happiness Across The World And Into The Future.” 3. Developing websites is my passion, and doing work I love motivates me to give my best. 4. I value a work atmosphere built on mutual respect, professionalism, and open communication. I believe these are qualities that Grune embodies.

How is the Grune working atmosphere?

From what I’ve seen, Grune has a disciplined, polite, and considerate working atmosphere. It is professional, respectful, and open in communication, which matches the environment I value.

What do you think about the Japanese Members?

I think the Japanese members are very welcoming, willing to listen, and easy to communicate with. I also feel that they value their staff and create a supportive working environment.

How is the General Manager?

I think Ida is a great leader. He genuinely cares about the staff, even in the smallest matters. He is easy to communicate with, approachable, and always willing to help solve members’ issues.

In your opinion what is the excellence of Grune?

In my opinion, Grune’s excellence comes from its strong vision for AI development, which is very relevant in today’s trends.

Why did you choose the IT field for your career?

I have been interested in computers since middle school, which led me to pursue a degree in Informatics Engineering. Programming has always been my passion, and that passion naturally guided me toward building a career in the IT field. And here I am.

What kind of company would you like Grune to be in the future?

I hope Grune continues to grow even bigger in the future. I would like to see Grune become a leading AI company that can simplify repetitive daily tasks through automation, so people can focus on more meaningful and valuable work.

What is your current responsibility in Grune?

Currently, I am working on the Asbestos Onoya project. My responsibilities include creating the mockup, designing the data model, and researching reference sites to understand the business process of asbestos reporting, which I then convert into a specification sheet. Starting next month, I will also be assigned to LABO work for the Lean Energy project.

What is your dream job?

My dream job is to create technology that makes people happier and improves their daily lives. I want to automate tasks through both software and IoT devices, and build systems that simplify heavy administrative work. By doing this, I hope people can have more time to do what they enjoy while still earning enough to support their lives.
