Why did you choose Grune?
I did not know much about Grune until I applied for a job on an online job portal. I joined because it seems that Grune has a nice company profile and portfolios.
I was born in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. I graduated from Information Engineering. I currently work in Grune as a Web Developer where I love to create and maintain websites.

Most of the members work remotely due to Covid-19 but a few of us work in the office. However, it does not disturb the working flow at all. The company has a clear work flow, so I can adapt to it well.
I never met Japanese member, so I cannot say much about them except that they work and cooperate really well. If there is something that feels unclear, I can just ask them and they would be ready to answer.
I just graduated from University and it is nerve-racking to start my first job. However, the manager makes me understand that it is okay to not know things. That I can always learn and ask.
I think it is interesting that I never meet some of the members but I can still work well with them. I think Grune as a company has a system where people who do not know each other can work well together excellently.
Because IT is needed in all industry. No matter what industry you work in, there's always an IT department that helps the company grow.
For Grune to always work toward its visions and missions.
I currently work in Grune as a Web Developer. My responsibility mostly developing and maintaining websites.
