I have been interested in computers since I was in school, and that interest grew into a strong passion for IT and programming. I enjoy using technology to solve problems, especially by creating systems that make work easier and reduce repetitive tasks. I want to use my skills to build helpful solutions that can make people's daily lives simpler, easier, and happier.

Why did you choose Grune?

I chose Grune because I see it as a great place for both personal and professional growth. I want to continue improving my skills, especially by contributing to international projects and collaborating with team members from different countries and backgrounds. I believe this experience will help me grow not only as a developer, but also as a person. I also believe I can contribute meaningfully to the company through my skills, dedication, and willingness to keep learning and growing together with the team.

How is the Grune working atmosphere?

From what I have seen, Grune has a work environment that is disciplined, polite, and respectful. The communication feels open and professional, and people seem to care about and respect each other. This is the kind of workplace atmosphere that I truly value and feel comfortable being part of.

What do you think about the Japanese Members?

I think the Japanese team members are very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. They seem willing to listen to others and create a comfortable environment for discussion and teamwork. I also feel that they genuinely value their staff and support a positive and supportive working environment.

How is the General Manager?

Ida-san is a great leader who is both supportive and professional. He understands each team member well and knows how to guide and encourage us in the right way. He creates a positive working environment where people feel supported while still being motivated to do their best.

In your opinion what is the excellence of Grune?

In my opinion, one of Grune's strengths is its strong focus on AI development, which is very important and relevant in today's technology world. I think this forward-thinking vision makes Grune stand out and shows that the company is always trying to grow and adapt to future trends.

Why did you choose IT department for your career?

I believe IT has very good opportunities for the future because technology is always growing and developing every year. IT can also be applied in many different fields, such as business, education, healthcare, and entertainment, which makes it an important and valuable industry for the future.

What kind of company would you like Grune to be in the future?

I hope Grune continues to be a company that supports growth, teamwork, and new ideas. I also hope the company keeps giving employees opportunities to learn, improve their skills, and contribute in meaningful ways so everyone can grow together.

What is your current responsibility on Grune?

I work as a full stack developer, where I handle tasks assigned to me and build features for both the frontend and backend. I always try to follow good coding practices to create clean and reliable code. During the development process, I also work closely with my teammates to discuss ideas, solve problems, and ensure the project runs smoothly.

What is your dream job?

I am looking for a job that offers good career growth opportunities while also providing a healthy balance between work and income. I want to continue developing my skills, build a stable future, and work in an environment where my efforts are valued.
