Ludovic Blervaque

Project Manager

フランスでソフトウェア工学の学士号を取得後、日本のスタートアップで11年間、開発者からテックリード、技術コンサルタントまで幅広い役割を経験。AIを業務に取り入れたいと考えGrune AI Technologiesに入社し、現在はプロジェクトマネージャーを務めています。
After a bachelor's degree in software engineering in France, I worked for eleven years at a Japanese startup, holding every role from developer to team lead and tech consultant. Wanting to bring AI into my work, I joined Grune AI Technologies, where I'm now a Project Manager.

Grune AI Technologiesになぜ入ったのか？きっかけは？

Grune AI Technologiesのことは数年前から知っていましたが、まずはプロジェクトマネジメントの経験を積んでから入社したいと考えていました。Grune AI TechnologiesがAIに強い関心を持ち、アーリーアダプターとして先陣を切ろうとしていることを知り、業界の未来に対する考え方が自分と同じだと感じ、入社を決めました。
I had known about Grune AI Technologies for several years, but I wanted to build up my project management experience before joining. When I learned about Grune AI Technologies' strong interest in AI and its intention to position itself as an early adopter, I realized we shared the same vision of our industry's future, and I decided to take the leap.

会社の雰囲気、社風は？

働く環境は素晴らしく、メンバー同士の仲もとても良いです。誰もが新しい提案に耳を傾け、それぞれが成長できる余地があります。日本チームとインドネシアチームは、距離と言語の壁を越えて日々密に連携しています。この異文化のミックスが大好きです！
The work environment is excellent and members get along really well: everyone is open to new ideas, and there is room to grow. The Japanese and Indonesian teams, though separated by distance and language, work hand in hand in close collaboration. I love this intercultural mix!

社長はどんな人ですか？

山下さんはとても話しやすい人です。新しいアイデアや提案に常に耳を傾けてくれて、経験や社歴に関係なく、新しいチャンスへの挑戦を後押ししてくれます。
Yamashita-san is very easy to talk to. Always open to new ideas and suggestions, he doesn't hesitate to let us explore new opportunities, regardless of our experience or seniority in the company.

I hope to help Grune AI Technologies thrive and establish itself as a leader and pioneer of AI adoption in Tohoku, and why not internationally.

現在の仕事内容は？

大型プロジェクトのPMとして、要件定義から納品まで一貫して担当しています。また、プロジェクトの準備やワークフローにAIを組み込む新しい方法を日々模索しています。常に学び続け、新しいツールや技術を発掘することも日常の大切な一部です。インドネシアチームのメンバーと協力しながら、プロジェクトを進めています。
I'm a PM on large projects, managing them from requirements to delivery. I'm also experimenting with new ways to prepare our projects and integrate AI into our workflows. Continuous learning and discovering new tools is a big part of my day-to-day. I work daily with members of the Indonesian team, who support me in delivering our projects.

チャレンジしてみたい仕事は何ですか？

より速く、より高品質に成果を届けるために、老朽化したワークフローやシステムの近代化に取り組みたいです。企業がAIを日常業務に効果的に取り入れ、この素晴らしいツールを通じて視野を広げるお手伝いをしたいと考えています。
I want to deliver faster and with higher quality, by modernizing aging workflows and systems. I'd love to help companies integrate AI effectively into their daily work and broaden their perspective through this incredible tool.

5年後のありたい姿を教えてください

人間とAIエージェントの混成チームとともに、複数の大型プロジェクトを同時に動かせるプロジェクトマネージャーになることが目標です。さらにその経験を活かして、企業向けのAI導入コンサルティングにも挑戦したいと考えています。
I hope to become an accomplished Project Manager, able to run several large projects in parallel with mixed teams of humans and AI agents, and to take on consulting work for companies adopting AI.
