I’ve been interested in IT since I was in high school, where I learned how to create Appropriate Technology and began exploring coding. That experience inspired me to pursue Informatics Engineering. After graduating, I joined Grune as an office worker, and surprisingly, in a short time I’ve been able to learn so much, especially about AI and front-end development, even though my initial focus in high school was machine learning. I’ve also gained valuable experience in administrative tasks such as creating invoices, managing documents, and supporting various office operations
I chose Grune because I’ve always wanted to work in the IT field, and Grune gave me the opportunity to start, even from an office worker position. Here, I can explore AI, front-end development, and real projects that help me grow.
The working atmosphere at Grune is supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented. Everyone is open to sharing knowledge, and it creates a comfortable environment to learn new things.
The Japanese members are very professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented. I really appreciate their clear communication and the way they maintain high standards in their work.
Mr. Ida is kind, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He understands the team well and always supports us when we need guidance.

I chose the IT field because I’m genuinely interested in technology and how it can improve our daily lives. I enjoy learning new tools, solving problems, and creating solutions that are useful and efficient.
I’d love to see Grune become even bigger and more stable, while still keeping the friendly atmosphere that makes working here comfortable and motivating.
My main role is as an office worker, but I also support simple programming projects such as front-end development when needed.
My dream job is to be a lecturer. I enjoy learning and teaching, and I want to help future students understand and explore the world of IT.
