The working atmosphere at Grune is collaborative and motivating. Everyone is approachable, willing to share knowledge, and supportive in helping each other achieve both personal and team goals.
I find the Japanese members to be extremely professional and well-disciplined, which really helps our work process stay organized and efficient. They’re also kind and supportive to the rest of the team, so it’s easy for me to communicate and work together with them.
He is a very caring general manager who consistently pays attention to how the members are doing, both in terms of comfort and well-being. If we encounter any obstacles, he quickly offers help and responds in a considerate manner.
For me, Grune stands out because of its professional yet friendly work atmosphere. The tasks and processes are well organized, so the work doesn’t feel chaotic, even when things get busy. Being involved in actual client projects also gives me a strong sense of responsibility and growth. What I really like is that the culture encourages learning, open communication, and mutual support, so it feels like a good place to develop both technically and personally.
I chose the IT department because I am passionate about technology and web development. I enjoy problem-solving, coding, and creating solutions that can make a positive impact for both the company and its clients.
In the future, I would like Grune to be a company that is trusted long term by Japanese and international clients, while continuously growing and keeping up with new technologies and industry trends.
Currently, my main responsibility at Grune is working on the AI Interior project. I focus on implementing and improving features in the web application, integrating the AI image generation, and helping ensure the service runs smoothly for users.
My dream job is a role where I can keep improving my skills while building products that truly solve users’ problems. For now, my goal is to grow as a developer who can deliver reliable, high-quality work and contribute positively to the team and the projects I’m involved in.
