I chose an IT career because I am interested in building systems that solve real problems. Working in the IT department allows me to continuously learn new technologies and apply logical thinking.
In the future, I would like Grune to be recognized as a company that is trusted long term by Japanese and international clients, and also known as a place where developers can grow step by step.
Currently, my main responsibility at Grune is working as a junior web developer. I implement and maintain web application features, fix bugs, and handle both front-end and back-end tasks depending on the project.
My dream job is a position where I can continuously grow and develop my skills, while solving real problems that have a meaningful impact.
