Web Developer

I was born in Bangli (Bali, Indonesia). I graduated from Surabaya University (East Java) with a bachelor's degree in computer science. I have a dream to complete 3.5 years of college. Then, I got it as planned with hard work and discipline. After graduation, I worked as a freelancer on several web projects for one company in Surabaya because I was invited by my senior in college. My project back then was to create an interactive program for 3D visualization (Cinematic Movie) for property developers and architectural services in Bali. After all of the projects completed, I searched for a full-time job. I found Grune and I decided to work full-time at Grune.

Why did you choose Grune?

When I found Grune on the job vacancies list, I was very interested to join and this my first time to apply for a job. Why Grune? Because Grune is a company that works with an overseas team but has an office in Bali. When read about the Grune profile on the company website, I saw the portfolio and I feel "Wow, the projects in Japan can be done from Bali, Indonesia" Now, I am grateful for joining the Grune team although I have to learn a lot about English and web development.

How is the Grune working atmosphere?

The working atmosphere is very good. I remember when joined for the first time. There is an atmosphere that I have not met before. All members are very friendly and they taught me how to work as a team.

What do you think about Japanese Members?

First, I am very interested to collaborate with Japanese members. All Japanese members are very kind and friendly. I learned a lot from them. For example. how to work with a good team and to be a good coder.

How is the general manager?

The manager is a very kind person and senior leader. He teaches me how we suppose to work as a good team and how to become a professional person.

In your opinion what is the excellence of Grune?

Grune is an overseas company that has several offices in Japan and Indonesia. We can work together as smoothly with a good management system although we work across countries. This opportunity is hard to find elsewhere.

Why did you choose the IT field for your career?

I am very interested in technology and my hobby is playing on the computer. Since I was in junior high school, I have a dream to become a web or game developer. For now, we can almost learn anything about information technology (IT) from the internet. The internet makes us easier to work in IT. We can create new solutions and innovations in IT and I consider IT is a big opportunity for the future.

What kind of company would you like Grune to be in the future?

I think Grune should grow to be a big company that can create new innovation in IT solutions. I think Grune can reach other countries to be the next office and make new overseas collaboration, especially countries in Asia. Thus, Grune will be known in many countries as an IT company which have many professional and creative members with different culture and countries.

What is your current responsibility for Grune?

As a web developer, my responsibility is to implement features based on specifications on the task. I handle several projects and make good communication with the team.
