Why did you choose Grune?
One of my friend recommended me to work for Grune to become a web developer and I am happy to join because I think it is a good company.
Born in Denpasar, Bali. I graduated from university with degree of informatic management. Now, I am working as a Web Developer. I like to learn something new and working other people. I am a hard worker and responsible person.

The first day working at Grune was quite challenging for me because the level of the project management was much higher than my previous company. However, It was very excited to learn and adapt. Apart from that, my coworker are friendly and general manager who patiently guided me. Until now, there are many things that I can learn from Grune such as working in a neat and structured way to achieve a professional working environment.
In my opinion, the Japanese Members are very humble and easy going. They are very conscientious and disciplined workers. So, I can learn a lot from them.
The manager is very friendly and firm, I really respect him. I learned to manage time and task properly in a project.
In my opinion, Grune has the advantage of technology used and professional human resources. So I thought Grune would grow up faster.
Because I see a huge opportunity in the IT field, IT is very unique to learn by yourself and find yourself. That’s why I am very interested in exploring IT field.
In the future, I want Grune to be a company that has professional staff and is able to compete with big companies out there.
My responsibility now is more as a Frontend Developer. However, in the future, I hope to explore new skills and become a Full-Stack developer.
My dream job is to become a professional web developer and project manager, work with many people and build a good relationships. This gonna be fun.
