長久保裕美Hiromi Nagakubo

Project Manager

宮城県出身。IT企業で約6年間モバイルアプリの開発を中心に経験を積んだ後、一度IT業界から離れる。その後先輩社員の勧めでGruneを知り、職場の雰囲気や成長し続けられる環境に惹かれて入社を決意。
Born in Miyagi Prefecture, he left the IT industry after about 6 years of experience mainly in mobile application development at an IT company. After that, he learned about Grune through the recommendation of a senior employee and decided to join the company, attracted by the atmosphere of the workplace and the environment in which he could continue to grow.

Gruneになぜ入ったのか？きっかけは？

Gruneで先に働いていた先輩から、良い職場だと伺い興味を持ちました。ちょうど英語の勉強に力を入れていたところで、英語を使いながら仕事ができる、海外のメンバーと一緒に仕事ができる環境があるというところがとても魅力的に感じました。
I was interested in Grune because one of my seniors who worked there before me told me it was a good place to work.
I was just focusing on learning English, and the fact that I could work while using English and in an environment where I could work with members from overseas was very appealing to me.

会社の雰囲気、社風は？

皆が日々学習していて、学習したこと、新しいツールや技術を使ってみた情報を共有する場があります。オフィスは明るく、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
Everyone is learning every day, and there is a place to share what you have learned and information on how to use new tools and technology.
The office is bright and relaxed.

社長はどんな人ですか？

サーフィン好きだったり、海外を飛び回っていたりととてもアクティブな方です。日本オフィスにいらっしゃる時は一人一人のメンバーに声をかけて皆の様子を気にかけてくださいます。
He is a very active person who likes to surf and travel abroad.
When he is in the Japan office, he checks in with each member of the team to make sure everyone is doing well.

あなたが思うGruneの強みは？

強力なインドネシア拠点の開発チームの存在です。 Gruneでは日本側とインドネシア側で役割分担をしており、チームで各プロジェクトに取り組みます。英語を共通言語とし、常に最新のIT情報をキャッチできる体制が整えられていることも強みの一つだと思います。
The strong development team in Indonesia.
The roles are divided between the Japanese and Indonesian sides, and we work on each project as a team.

Gruneをどんな会社にしたいですか？

一つ一つのプロジェクト・チームの規模を大きくしていき、Gruneが社会へ伝播させることができる幸せもより大きく幅広くしていけたらと思います。
I hope to increase the size of each project team and the happiness that Grune can spread to society on a larger and broader scale.

現在の仕事内容は？

プロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクトの推進を行ったり、SEとして設計書を書くこともあります。顧客とインドネシアチームとのブリッジとして連携を取りながらプロジェクトを進めています。
As a project manager, I promote projects and write specifications as an SE.
I act as a bridge between the customer and the Indonesian team, and we work together on the project.

チャレンジしてみたい仕事は何ですか？

今までの経験を活かしながらも、今までにない自分にとって新しい範囲を含む仕事に日々チャレンジしたいです。技術スタックや規模、業務の担当範囲など少しずつ広げていきたいと思います。
I would like to challenge myself daily with work that involves a new scope for me that I have never done before, while still utilizing my previous experience. I would like to gradually expand my technical stack, the size of projects, and the scope of my responsibilities.

5年後のありたい姿を教えてください

今の自分から見て、明らかに成長したと自信を持って言える姿でいたいです。そしてそれらがGruneの成長にも繋がっているのが理想です。
I want to be in a position where I can confidently say that I have clearly grown from where I am now.
And ideally, those things are tied to the growth of Grune as well.
