矢口浩平Kohei Yaguchi

Project Manager

青森県三沢市出身。飲食業、個人物販を経て、地元の中小IT企業に入社。主に業務システム開発のプログラマーとして従事。現在はウェブシステム開発のプロジェクトマネージャーとして海外支社メンバーを取りまとめる。
Born in Misawa City, Aomori Prefecture. After working in the restaurant industry and online product sales, he joined a local small-to-medium IT company. He worked mainly as a programmer for business system development. Currently, he is the project manager of web system development, and manages the overseas branch members.

Gruneになぜ入ったのか？きっかけは？

Gruneでは、Laravelで多くのプロジェクトを開発していると聞き、興味を持ったのがきっかけです。その後、社長と話す機会をもらい、Grune独自の強みやこれからやっていく自社サービスの話を聞き、圧倒的な会社の成長性を感じました。自分達でルールを作っていける環境は魅力的で、このタイミングで入社できたことは本当にラッキーだと思っています。
I became interested in Grune when I heard that they were developing many projects in Laravel. Then I had the opportunity to speak with the President and heard about Grune's unique strengths and the in-house services we will be working on, and I felt the overwhelming growth potential of the company. The environment where we can make our own rules is very attractive and I feel very lucky to have joined the company at this time.

会社の雰囲気、社風は？

Gruneは正確な昼休憩の時間が決まっておらず、自由に昼食をとることができます。眠たくなった時は昼寝もでき、堅苦しい規則に縛られない自由な社風です。
Grune does not have a set lunch hour, and you are free to take your lunch as you please. You can take a nap if you feel tired, and the company culture is free from rigid rules and regulations.

社長はどんな人ですか？

とてもアクティブな人です。出社する前にサーフィンをしたり、海外出張のついでにエベレストへ登ったりと人生を楽しんでいます。「人生一度きり。楽しいことやっていこう。」が社長の口癖なのですが、それを自身で体現しています。社長は元エンジニアで、技術の話でも色々な話が聞けますので、興味がある方はぜひ一度お話ししてみてください。
He is a very active person. He enjoys life, surfing before work and climbing Mount Everest during his business trips abroad. He says, "You only live once. Let's do something fun" is the President's motto and he embodies it himself. The President is a former engineer and can tell you a lot about technology, so if you are interested, please come and talk to him.

あなたが思うGruneの強みは？

弊社ではインドネシアをはじめとして、いろいろな国籍の方が在籍しています。日本だけにとどまらず、グローバルに仕事ができるのが弊社の強みだと思います。
We have people of different nationalities, including Indonesians.
I think our strength is that we can work not only in Japan, but also globally.

Gruneをどんな会社にしたいですか？

誰にとっても働きやすい会社にしていきたいです。置かれている環境は人それぞれ違いますし、やりたいことや仕事に対する考え方も人それぞれバラバラです。それを理解することが重要だと考えます。
I want to make our company a comfortable place for everyone. Everyone's environment is different, and everyone has different ideas about what they want to do and how they want to work. I think it is important to understand that.

現在の仕事内容は？

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、顧客折衝〜マネジメントに至るまで、一貫して対応しています。インドネシアチーム4〜5名のメンバーをマネジメントするのは大変ですが、海外メンバーとコミュニケーションを取りながらプロダクトを作り上げていく楽しさを日々感じています。
I mainly do everything from customer negotiations to management.
Development is basically left to the Indonesian team members, but I also write code when needed.
It is hard to manage 4-5 members of the Indonesian team, but I also enjoy building the product while communicating with people from overseas.

チャレンジしてみたい仕事は何ですか？

自社サービスの開発に取り組んでプロダクトを0→1に成長させることにチャレンジしたいです。
I want to take on the challenge of developing our own services and taking our product from 0 to 1.

5年後のありたい姿を教えてください

プロジェクトのリーダーとして、メンバーの能力向上に寄与し、一人前のエンジニアを一人でも多く育てていきたいと思っています。また、プロジェクト進行におけるノウハウを取りまとめてドキュメント化し、利益を最大化させ、Gruneの理念である”幸せを伝播させる”組織づくりに貢献していきたいと思っています。
