Why did you choose Grune?
I did not know much about Grune until I applied for a job on an online job portal. I joined because Grune gave me a place to work and grow to the best of my ability.
I was born in a village in Karangasem, Bali which is very far from the city. I have always been curious about "How things work" and "How things are made". With this curiosity, I dig deeper into the world of computers and programming with high hopes of becoming a reliable programmer in the future.

I cannot meet face to face with my colleagues except on video calls but they manage to use various tools effectively so that the whole team and project can be well managed.
As I know the discipline of Japanese people is very high. They really prepare the project well before starting and during the project. They always "keep in touch" with other members even though they are far apart.
I just joined the team, I never worked with a team before. The manager always directs how to work with the team. He always makes sure and confirms everything related to the project and the team.
Being able to manage a team well from anywhere is an advantage because it can bring together various talents from anywhere to produce something extraordinary.
I think IT is the fastest-growing field at the moment so there will be more opportunities for work and careers. Grune will keep the team up to date with the latest programming technology.

I am a member of the web development team. I do development according to the allocation of tasks and communicate with other members if I encounter any difficulties.
