I had a chance to talk with the president about Grune at the graduation project presentation at Digital Hollywood Sendai. After hearing about his thoughts on his work, I felt strongly that I wanted to work in this industry. After that, I found a job offer and was able to join Grune.

I have never had any problems with human relations at this company. Also, I'm raising my child, and with everyone's help, I'm able to balance childcare and work, and I enjoy working here very much every day.

Yamashita-san is a president who thinks first and foremost about the happiness of his employees. As a prerequisite, he focuses on making sure that the people who work for him have a good time.
