I am Angga, I was born in Karangasem, Bali. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from private university in Bali. I worked as web developer for 3 years in local IT company, and I worked as a freelancer for several website projects. I have interest in computer and technology since high school and start learning about web programming in college. In addition, I also like photography, graphic design, and adventures.
After I worked as a freelancer while looking for a job vacancies, then I found offer from Grune as web developer. I really interested to join Grune because I llike Japan and its culture. Beside that, I saw an opportunity to learn more about programming and working with overseas team.
During the first week, it was a challenge to adapt to the new workflow and I have to learn many things. However, after that, I felt more comfortable with the environment. The office is cozy, the coworker are kind and very helpful, and Grune has organized workflow. I think I am happy and feel very comfortable to work here.
This is the first time I am working with members from other countries. They are very kind. They always appreciate others and supportive. I really respect with their discipline and dedication at work. I learn a lot from them.
I really respect and grateful to work with the manager. He is still young and friendly, that makes him good at communicating with the members. He understands most project and members situation. He is very patient in teaching and guiding me at work. I really enjoy working with him.
Grune can keep all the overseas member working together. Grune provides an opportunity for all members to grow and learn something new. In addition, Grune has many interesting projects, so we can learn more about technology.
Information technology or IT is the key to the future because almost all fields are now connected by the internet. Therefore, I want to work in the IT field.
In the future, I hope Grune will grow into a bigger company with more great projects. In addition, I hope Grune will be the best workplace where members can innovate and learn about the latest technology.
As a web developer, my responsibility is to implement the requested features and the development task assigned to me. If I have a problem, I will try to solve it and ask colleagues how to solve the problem.
